A Brief History

1944 Blue Mountain Fish and Game Association was chartered in May by a handful of local men who had an interest in sportsmanship, and in the years to come, grew into a Sportsmen's Association.

1961  The association built a three acre lake at the site of the present Club.

1971  Present Club Hall constructed on-site, replacing the old Club Hall located off Route 946 in  Danielsville, Pennsylvania.

1998  A refreshment stand with a small patio was built at the lake. This replaced the old stand that was built out of used and left over lumber and materials that members donated.

2006  A steel storage building was built.

Today  We continue to grow and continually improve our infrastructure, amenities, and our

                  commitment to the community.
